Hot tubs are deceptively complex. You have a heater, a circulation pump, a jet pump (sometimes two), a control board, a topside panel, ozone or UV-C sanitation, a flow switch, pressure switch, GFCI breaker, and on modern spas a whole network of sensors talking to each other. When something goes wrong, the symptom (no heat, low flow, error code) almost never tells you the actual root cause directly. You have to work it backwards.

That's what we do. We come out, we test, we measure, and we tell you exactly what's wrong before you spend a dollar on parts. If a heater element is testing fine but you're still not heating, the answer is probably a flow issue, a thermistor reading wrong, or a relay sticking on the board — and replacing the heater would have done nothing. We see that mistake all the time on tubs that have already had "repairs."
